We are always looking for good people - whether for an internship, as temporary help, for training or for a permanent position...in the kitchen, in service, at reception, in the office, in cleaning or as a caretaker.
Working at the Taufsteinhütte
We have grown enormously over the last 10 years. For many years, the Taufsteinhütte was just a restaurant, but now, with our Vulkanhütte and our mountain tent, we have become an event location and run a "hotel". Not a classic one, but one with very different categories, but we can accommodate more than 60 guests. So a lot has happened, but one thing has remained the same: we would be nothing without our great team who work with us (#diegastgeber*innen).

We try to accommodate your wishes when it comes to working hours, but service in a restaurant cannot be managed from a home office and of course our guests also like to come to us at the weekend.
We certainly don't do everything perfectly, but we definitely want to work on ourselves and keep improving. That's why we welcome applications from people who think outside the box, who want to drive certain things forward and who sometimes question processes. It's even better if you can also identify with our values.
