What you will find here are our "classics". Some recipes are as old as the Taufsteinhütte itself or older. They date back to the time when the previous owner of the Taufsteinhütte, Rudi Bender, worked with his friend Rudolph Carnier in New York and were part of the very first Taufsteinhütte menu from the very beginning. These include our legendary Café de Paris butter, the herb butter, our red salad dressing, the crème brûlée and our delicious soups.
Other dishes became your favourites after a test phase and have now found a place on our permanent menu. A little French, a little Mediterranean, vegetarian or vegan: and of course we have endeavoured to ensure that there is something for every taste ...
